Riesling Blanco Seco

Se trata de un vino blanco muy joven, que hemos elaborado a partir de la variedad de origen alemán Riesling. Estas cepas se riegan por un sistema de goteo controlado. Es la primera vez en la historia de Alicante que se consigue un vino blanco de tan solo 10º de alcohol. Las características de vino son: Color extremadamente pálido con tonalidades verdosas. Aromas balsámicos con una ligera fragancia de plátano y uvas pasas. El sabor es ácido y muy afrutado, con un ligero toque agridulce meloso al final, que lo hace muy original y diferente.
Va presentado en botella tipo Rhin, como las de las cuencas de los ríos Mossel y Rhin. Para acentuar su origen germánico hemos introducido la frase "Weiber Trockener Wein" (Vino Blanco Seco) debajo de la palabra Riesling.

Here we have a very young white wine, that we made of a German type of vine called Riesling. These vines receive the water through a controlled dripping system. It is the first time in history of the Denomination Alicante that a white wine of only 10º alcohol has been created. The characteristics of this wine are: Extremely pale colour with green shades. A balsam like aroma with a light banana and raising fragance. The taste is sour, very fruity, at the end a slight touch of sweet-sour honey. which makes it very original and different
It is presented in a Rhine wine bottle (like the basins of the Mosel  and Rhine rivers) to accentuate its German origin we introduced the term "Weiszer Trockener Wein" (Dry white wine) under the word Riesling.
 

Hier haben wir einen sehr jungen Weißwein,der aus der deutschen Rebsorte Rießling gekältert wird.Die Rebstöcke stehen im Gebiet von Monover und werden kontrolliert bewässert.Es ist das erste Mal in der Geschichte des Weinbaus in der D.O.Alicante, in der ein Wein mit nur 10% Alkoholgehalt erzeugt wurde.Sein Charakter: bleich grünlich schimmernd leichtes Balsamaroma mit einem Hauch von Banane und Rosinen,sehr fruchtig und durch die leichte Säure sehr originell.Präsentiert wird er in Rheinweinflaschen.
